Any notice required under this agreement must be delivered in person, mailed, e-mailed or publicly posted to this web page. These terms and conditions are the complete agreement between Client and Personalized Hosting. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations or promises made by Personalized Hosting that differ in any way from these terms and conditions. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States. The designated Venue for litigating any dispute under this agreement shall be in the appropriate court in Los Angeles, California.
